Ready for check-in
  • Collect all medical forms (Fiche médicale) in advance
  • Collect all sponsorship forms (Sponsorziedelen)
  • Arrive at check-in with your full group
  • Bring a proof of payment if no payment confirmation was received
  • Ensure participants have mandatory gear (shoes, vest, water)
  • Share all practical information with your group beforehand
  • Be reachable and coordinate with the central organisation

  • Rain coat and warm jacket
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Flashlight or headlamp
  • Yellow high-visibility vest
  • Mess tin, cutlery and reusable cup
  • Kitchen towel
  • Sleeping bag and sleeping mat
  • Slippers or clean indoor shoes
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Personal medication
  • Medical information & insurance details (to be collected by the group leader in advance)

Food & Drinks

Meals are organised by the event staff.

  • Hot meal on Friday evening
  • Hot meal on Saturday evening (also available at checkpoints)
  • Breakfast on Sunday
  • Snacks during the walk (except your ultra-favorite treat 😉)

Food and drinks are available at checkpoints along the route.

Please indicate special diets or allergies during registration.

Please bring your own:
Mess tin (bowl), cutlery and reusable cup

No disposable tableware will be provided.

Sleeping & Rest

Sleeping takes place indoors in a multipurpose hall.

No beds available.
Sleeping space is available before and after the challenge.

Bring:
Sleeping bag and sleeping mat

Safety & Support

Your safety comes first throughout the event.

  • Checkpoints every 5–10 km
  • Support points along the route
  • Participants are never allowed to walk alone
  • You can stop early at any checkpoint

Communication

Important information is shared through the group leader before the event
(registration, updates, newsletter).

During the challenge:
The central organisation team is the main contact

At basecamp:
The group leader remains responsible for their participants

Emergency contact details will be provided on site.
