Important

Registration is only possible per group (no individual registrations).

Each group must appoint one responsible adult leader who:

is the official contact person for the organisers
attends the full weekend (Fri 18:00 – Sun 11:00)
actively participates in event supervision and will be assigned a duty.

Data Protection (GDPR – because even scouts can’t hide from Brussels 🏕️🇪🇺):

We are collecting personal data. No, not to build a secret scouting intelligence agency. We use it only to organise this event properly: who is coming, who eats what, who needs which T-shirt size, and which number to call if someone decides to explore the forest in a slightly different direction than planned, walks faster — or slower — than expected, or mysteriously does not show up at the meeting point despite definitely being on the list.

Contact details are used strictly for coordination and safety reasons — not for badge marketing, campfire spam, or surprise 5 a.m. wake-up calls.

Only the event organisers will see this information, and we handle it responsibly and confidentially, in full respect of the GDPR and basic scout honour. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, swap it for badges, or exchange it for unlimited campfire marshmallows (tempting, but no).

In short: We use your data to keep the adventure organised, safe, and slightly less chaotic.

Documents & information

When registering your group, please make sure that:

all medical information of participants is collected and communicated to you as the responsible leader
medication remains with the participant or with you as the leader, in accordance with your association’s rules

You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are informed about the practical details of the event.
