Registration is only possible per group (no individual registrations).
Each group must appoint one responsible adult leader who:
- is the official contact person for the organisers
- attends the full weekend (Fri 18:00 – Sun 11:00)
- actively participates in event supervision and will be assigned a duty.

Documents & information
When registering your group, please make sure that:
- all medical information of participants is collected and communicated to you as the responsible leader
- medication remains with the participant or with you as the leader, in accordance with your association’s rules
You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are informed about the practical details of the event.
